Terms & Conditions
1. Minimum advertising period is one (1) month, where maximum are six (6) months in one shot.
3. All the contents of advertisement, no matter of pictures, photos, words, links, promotions or any presentation are independent. I do not hold any responsible on it.
4. The nature of business of all advertisers must be legally and ethically. And so, no sarcastic and/or any fraud contents will be allowed. I reserves the rights to refuse and/or terminate at anytime for any circumstances.
5. Advertiser must provide advertisement or finish art work in required format including photo, picture, words, contents and link.
6. Advertiser could request to link the advertisement to their website for more information purpose. However, there is no guarantee in page viewer and return on investment.
7. I reserve the right to accept, decline and terminate any of the advertiser. I reserve the right to adjust or change the advertising rates, spaces, number of advertiser and any terms and conditions without prior notice.
8. Once payment cleared and confirmed, the advertisement will be posted at the first come first serve basis.
9. For those existing advertiser who would like to continue to advertise, payment must be made in 7 days prior to the expiry date.
